Dear Delicious Revolutionaries,
On The Redford Center page, you'll find out why this journey began—it starts with P, and no, it's not people or the planet... Explore the questions we're asking and don't miss our new sample reel!!
Many of you generously supported the film last year when we were just beginning—and thanks to you, we’ve made an incredible progress. With your belief and support, we’ve partnered with an experienced producer Natalie Humphreys from Storyboard Studios and continue to apply for grants and pitching forums.
Now, with the support of The Redford Center’s Fiscal Sponsorship Programme, U.S.-based contributions to Delicious Revolution are tax-efficient. This is a big step for us as we work to bring this story to screens around the world.
Delicious Revolution is more than a documentary—it’s an invitation to rediscover food as a source of joy, and healing, as well as a call to action and empowerment. By supporting this project, you’re joining a movement. A movement that will reshape how we think about nourishment, soil, and the planet’s future.
If you are as excited as we are, we'd love for you to share the link with friends, colleagues, or organisations who care about the movement!
Your contribution can make a difference in sharing this delicious story with the world.
Thank you for believing in the power of food, soil, and storytelling to inspire change!!
About The Redford Center:
Established by the actor Robert Redford and his late son James Redford in 2005, they believe that film is one of the most powerful tools to shift culture, build empathy, represent frontline communities, and move people into action for our environment.
Since the formation of the Fiscal Sponsorship program in 2015, they supported over 50 projects and distributed nearly $10 million to environmental stories and projects. I feel extremely fortunate to be selected as part of the program and am grateful to Jonathan for his trust in the project.
The Redford Center Fiscal Sponsorship program allows US-based philanthropic donations from companies and individuals to be tax deductible through the power of their extended 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt status.
About Storyboard Studios:
The Storyboard team brings almost three decades in originating and delivering innovative and multi-award-winning premium documentary, natural history, arts, science and history stories, for audiences in the UK and around the world. My producer, Natalie Humphreys is an award-winning producer, filmmaker and the founder of Storyboard Studios. She also produced one of our favourite TV’s shows – Trust Me I am a Doctor on BBC2 with the late Michael Mosley which I started watching in around 2016 when I was paying attention to my food’s impact on my body.
As ever, I am very grateful to all who have helped me get to this point: whether by agreeing to be filmed, advising on the content, filming, editing, coaching, teaching, mentoring, making introductions and writing letters of support, donating money, time and lodging, and for all of the moral support and emails encouraging me to keep going.
Thank you very much for continuing to be part of this journey!
With gratitude,
Bumjoo
